All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options

• PUDO Locker (Courier Guy) — Deliver to a PUDO locker near you. Rates calculated at checkout.
• Standard Home Delivery — Flat rate of R100. Delivered within 2–5 business days anywhere in South Africa.
• Free Shipping — Available on orders over R800.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Packaging All Filentra filament spools are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
